Questions

Kitchen Remodeling FAQ

It depends on scope. Our prices are for the work only: a Standard Kitchen Remodel starts from $20,000 (demo of the old kitchen and installation of the new one; floors, walls and ceilings are not included), a Full Kitchen Remodel — which adds floors, walls and ceilings — runs $30,000–$60,000, and a Custom / Luxury kitchen with everything included, such as moved walls, ceilings, windows and doors, runs $60,000–$100,000. Materials are purchased separately: we book your appointment at our showroom, you choose cabinets, countertops, and finishes in one visit, and we invoice you for the materials (or you can order them yourself, online or elsewhere). The starting price is the minimum; your final price depends on scope and location. Your Project Manager gives you a firm number before you sign, not a ballpark that grows later. Buy through us and you get wholesale prices — the lowest available, close to manufacturer pricing.

Once your design is finalized and your materials are chosen at the showroom, plan on 1–2 weeks for them to arrive, then construction. A full remodel typically runs 2–6 weeks depending on scope. Your Project Manager gives you a real start-to-finish date before work begins.

For most of the project, no — once cabinets and plumbing are disconnected, your kitchen isn't functional. We'll walk you through setting up a simple temporary cooking space (a folding table, microwave, and mini-fridge in another room works for most families) and give you a clear day-by-day plan so you know exactly when water and appliances will be out of service.

Yes. Removing your old cabinets, countertops, and flooring, plus hauling away the debris, is built into every kitchen project — it's not an add-on you'll see tacked onto your invoice later.

That's normal, and it's exactly what the free 3D visualization is for. We measure your actual kitchen, walk you through cabinet, countertop, and layout options, and build a 3D rendering of the finished space — so you can see it and make changes before anything is ordered, not guess from paint swatches.

Yes to both. We don't lend money ourselves, but we help you get financing — we work closely with banks and lenders and know this process well, so we move fast. Once your financing is in place, we work directly with your lender and handle all the paperwork on our end — usually within one business day. If your kitchen remodel is tied to an insurance claim, we also work directly with insurance companies and adjusters and turn around the documentation they need just as fast.

Why Now

The Best Time to Start Is Before You Need To

A kitchen remodel starts weeks before a single cabinet comes out — here's what actually drives the calendar. A kitchen remodel starts weeks before a single cabinet comes out — here's what drives the calendar.

Crew Calendars Fill First

We run 10+ dedicated crews, and each one is booked as projects are confirmed — not first-come, first-served on the day you want to start. Locking your spot earlier means an earlier start date, not a faster rush job. 10+ crews run every week, each booked as projects are confirmed. Locking your spot earlier means an earlier start date.

Cabinets & Stone Are Ordered, Not Stocked

Custom cabinetry and countertops are built to order once your design is final. Starting the free 3D design now is what starts that clock — the remodel itself can't begin until materials are in hand. Your Estimate Is Locked, Not Floating

Once your Project Manager prices your kitchen from current material and labor costs, that number holds through your 1-page contract — it won't drift upward if you wait to sign. Plan Around the Holidays, Not Through Them

A kitchen remodel is indoor work, so it isn't weather-dependent — but most families still want it wrapped up before the holidays, which is exactly when the calendar fills fastest.
